At Village Dental of Leesburg, we provide high-quality dental care and flexible payment options to meet the needs of all our patients. Below is a list of the insurance plans and payment methods we accept. If your preferred option is not listed, please call our office at (703) 669-8688 to discuss additional possibilities.

Dental Insurance Plans We Accept

Delta Dental, Guardian, Humana, MetLife, Ameritas, Cigna Dental, Renaissance Dental, Aetna, Careington, and most PPO plans.

Payment Options

Cash or check: always accepted.
Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.
CareCredit: Apply online or in our office.

Please note that payment is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will file and track your insurance claims. Please inform us of any changes to your insurance coverage. You are responsible for any remaining balance after your insurance processes the claim, which usually takes four to six weeks.

Flexible Financing with CareCredit

Use the CareCredit health and wellness credit card to receive the dental care you want or need with convenient financing options.*

Qualifying purchases of $200 or more made with your CareCredit card may enjoy no interest if paid in full within six months.**

If the promotional balance is not paid in full within six months, interest will be charged from the original purchase date. Minimum monthly payments are required.
